Deborah joined RGD Commercial Advisors in the second quarter of 2007. Her experience in real estate prior to joining the team provides clients with valuable input and consultation from a unique and knowledgeable perspective. With her previous experience in retail/ office sales and leasing, residential sales, redevelopment, operations and management, Deborah possesses an understanding of the financial, marketing, economic and strategic concerns that affect a business as it makes its real estate decisions.
Graduating from the Real Estate Appraisal program, Deborah began her career with Ulinder Rennie Project Marketing group. Within 3 years she moved her business in real estate to Colliers International, specializing in Retail Leasing and Sales. Within five years, Deborah moved into the office leasing division, of which she achieved one of the top office brokers in Colliers’ Western Canadian operations.
After 12 years in commercial real estate Deborah was given the opportunity to move her business to RGD Commercial Realty Advisors. This was a clear choice as it was a critical career move to work for a company whose foundations were in line with her own.
